Reporting to the Sales and Marketing department of the company, your role is to guarantee the smooth running of sales between the company and its customers, from order taking to the actual delivery of products.
Your daily missions:
- Receipt of customer orders directly or via sales representatives
- Management and entry of orders, in relation with the commercial policy
- Interface between the customer, production and sales during the manufacturing process of the order
- Preparation of transport documentation
- Logistics with subcontractors
Skills:
With a higher education in international trade, you have a first experience in a similar position within a sales department or commercial department of an international company.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the aromatic industry sector
- Good knowledge of standards and regulations relating to international trade (logistics, customs formalities, incoterms, documentary credit, etc.)
- Fluent English required
- Mastery of computer tools: (pack office including Excel required)
- Analytical skills, organizational skills
- Autonomy and adaptability
- Communication skills and team spirit
